Google also claims that social networking will be easier for people to manage contacts with no group. Consumer Electronics Show, or CES, is the largest consumer electronics conference in the United States. Electronics manufacturers from around the world and gather in Las Vegas, Nevada, to show the latest and best techniques. Every year is a presentation of the latest innovations in digital imaging, electronic gaming, wireless communications, digital video, high-quality audio, home theater, mobile electronics, broadband and Internet services. From the beginning, show grew and gathered a large following of participants and providers. In January 2001, there were over 100 thousand participants from 125 countries and 1,700 exhibitors at the fair. Academic researchers have been contributing significantly to the field of wireless communications for the last many years.
